Rheinland to keep control, Titan and Valus gain authonomy within the federation.

Titan, Vega Minor - After long negosiations, and afrer having signed the Titan Declaration, Titan and Valus will be sharing an authonomous government under the watchful eye of Rheinland's government. According to this agreement, Rheinland will continue to have militar control on the space sorrounding both planets, but internally, Titan and Valus will have not only local governments, but also 2 chairs of representatives on the Rheinland Parlament. This new Status will be efective from today midnight. A comitee will meet on Monday May 31^st to evaluate the process and deside on new measures if any are required.
